Hi, I’m Lance. I’ve spent more than 15 years in the dental laboratory industry, though my experience began much earlier in my parents’ Huntington Beach dental lab. From a young age, I was immersed in restorative dentistry, developing both the technical skills and craftsmanship that continue to shape my work today.
After serving in the United States Army and earning a degree in Engineering, I founded CeraSys, one of the early U.S. companies focused on CAD/CAM zirconia technologies. Working alongside my family’s dental laboratory, we helped develop integrated digital workflows that combined scanning, CAD/CAM systems, milling technologies, and zirconia material innovation.
Today, I continue to combine digital manufacturing, AI-assisted workflows, and precision engineering with the hands-on experience and accountability that only come from decades inside the laboratory environment.
