1 Send a Digital Impression
TrueFit provides expert support for clinicians using digital impression systems. Our workflow integrates advanced CAD/CAM technology at nearly every production stage, delivering precise, consistent restorations made from the latest materials.
We accept digital scans for both traditional and implant restorations from a wide range of systems, including Sirona CEREC®, iTero™ by Align Technology, Carestream CS 3500, PLANMECA E4D PlanScan®, 3M™ True Definition, and 3Shape TRIOS®.
After capturing a digital impression, clinicians can easily send scan data to TrueFit. Systems with proprietary portals connect through their approved channels, while open-system users can upload .STL files directly through our “My Account” portal for a seamless transfer.
2 Digital Case Design
Once your scan data enters the TrueFit network, our digital specialists conduct a focused quality review to confirm every detail is production-ready. Each approved case is then directed to the department best equipped for the specific material and restoration design.
At TrueFit, our restorations are crafted almost entirely through digital design. Using advanced CAD technology, our technicians sculpt each case with precision and artistry informed by years of clinical and laboratory experience. This fully digital workflow eliminates the distortions and inconsistencies of traditional methods, resulting in superior accuracy, function, and esthetics. While most restorations are completed seamlessly without a physical model, model verification remains available upon request.
3 Digital Production
Once the digital restoration design is finalized, it’s routed to the specialized production team best suited for the selected material and restoration type.
